1. ProPacKMedia Refund Terms

Non-Refundable Digital Content:
Due to the nature of digital products, the following are strictly non-refundable once accessed or downloaded:
Editing Assets, Editing Bundles, Templates ,Upsells, Add-on Files, Bonuses

Partial Refunds – Training & Support Only:

We offer partial refunds only for the training and support portion of your ProPacKMedia purchase, under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Eligible refunds typically cover 40%–50% of the total product price.
Upsells, add-ons, and bonus materials are not eligible for refunds.
Requests made without a valid reason or evidence of non-usage/access may be rejected.

Detailed Reason for Refund
If applying for a refund for Creator Secrets 2.0, valid proof may be required.
Once approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

We primarily offer refunds only if:
You did not receive proper access to the purchased product.
The issue could not be resolved through our support.
